CCM Boutique delivers the ordered products throughout Romania, but also internationally. They will be sent by courier services to the address specified in the order completion process.
The delivery time for products in stock is 2-3 working days, and for those on order, 10-14 working days. The term is an estimate, changes may appear depending on the product, stock or the period in which it is ordered.
For international orders, the shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the package and the country of destination.
The right to withdraw from the contract:
According to the Romanian legislation in force, the renunciation of the purchase by unilateral termination of the contract can be done within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product and is applicable only to consumers, natural persons who have purchased the product remotely in compliance with the conditions of the O.U.G. 34/2014.
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product or, in the case of services, from concluding the contract.
In case the consumer (Buyer) opts for the purchase of clearly personalized products, made according to the specifications indicated by the consumer (Buyer), the products thus undergoing changes at the request of the Buyer, he accepts the fact that products of this kind are not returned and not they can be replaced, being exempt from the right of return.
The sale-purchase contract is concluded when the tax invoice is issued (this document takes the place of a contract according to Romanian legislation) and not when the order is placed or when the automatic confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email (or other means of communication).
The returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all the accessories and documents that accompanied it, without physical changes, bumps, scratches, etc. to any of the listed items. To be accepted, the product label must not be removed or torn from the product. The cost of changing or returning the product will be borne by the customer.
When choosing to return a product, the amount will be returned by bank transfer within 30 calendar days. Return parcels sent with cash on delivery by courier will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The address for sending the package will be sent after receiving the return request. The return is initiated by a return request, with the possibility to choose one of the following options: Exchange with another product / another size The monetary value Product Modification/Repair Withdrawal from the contract can be done by completing the online return form. Once this has been submitted, a representative will review the form and send a courier as soon as possible to pick up the product.
